MSF2S38M1010 threaded collar bonding fastener

Alternative part number: F2/S38-M10x10 or B0N135 or B0N135-TZP – an M10x10 threaded collar & 38mm base (sighted) consisting of an M10x10mm female threaded insert on a sighted 38mm round base plate. This is a standard part which is also available with an alternative fastener diameter, length and base plate. This or a very similar variation is also available in 316 stainless steel. Should your requirement include a part which is not available from our standard range please let us know and we’ll check to see if we already have a special part to offer from stock, or otherwise we’ll look to quote to supply a bespoke version instead. Do you need adhesives to use with this fastener? We recommend and supply an RA300 methacrylate structural adhesive which many of our customers use to surface mount our products quickly and efficiently. With a rapid curing time, it is easy to fix various bonding fasteners securely in position on the substrate and without unnecessarily losing production time in the process. We can also provide compatible dispensers and extra nozzles.

For bonding fastener sales, a minimum order quantity of 100 applies on stock items and in multiples of 100 thereafter, with a same-day dispatch usually being applicable, although customers are advised to contact us to confirm current prices and availability.

Discounts are offered against certain order quantities, with delivery of goods being available on a scheduled call-off over one year if required.
